CANCELLATION POLICY

Free Trial

A Free Trial of 7 days is included automatically in your plan. You have the option to cancel, without incurring any charges, up until the end of your free trial. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the this trial period; it will not affect you receiving your free session. Only one free trial per person is permitted on the automated system. If you require a second session to fully make up your mind, this can be organised for you in person - just speak to Kimee or email the address below.

Members

For members, the minimum membership payment amount required is that of one half-term, and that this amount will be payable each half-term you attend, even if you should decide to cancel later in that half-term. For members, the cancellation 
notice period is a minimum of 2 weeks before the start of the next full term.​​
